What is compression therapy?
Compression therapy uses dynamic air pressure to massage your lower body and stimulate your lymphatic system – aiding circulation, reducing fatigue and speeding up recovery from everyday movement or workouts.
Does it help even if I’m not training?
Yes! Anyone who sits or on their feet for long periods of time can benefit, it supports circulation, lymphatic flow and reduces heaviness in your legs! It can also aid symptoms of varicose veins and helps combat cellulite.
What does it feel like?
Like a deep rhythmic massage – but with zero effort. Its non-invasive relaxing and surprisingly satisfying.
How often should I use it?
2-4 times per week is great for general wellbeing. Daily use is popular with active clients or people who spend all day sat at their desk!
Can I use it with other services?

What are the contraindications of compression therapy?
Consult a doctor if you have a history of DVT or clotting disorders, severe varicose veins or vascular disease, uncontrolled high pressure, open wounds or skin ulcers in the area undergoing treatment, acute infection to legs, recent surgery on legs, heart failure or known circulation impairment, pregnancy.

No, our Red light contains no UV rays, so there is no tanning or skin damage, its gentle, non-invasive and safe for all skin types.

How often should I use RLT?
3-5 Sessions per week works best for consistent results, especially for skin and energy focused goals.
What does Red light therapy feel like?
Warm and relaxing. Like sunshine on the skin but with no UV – You will leave feeling calm and recharged.
What are the contraindications for RLT?
RLT is not recommended for individuals with: known photosensitivity disorders or conditions. Use of photosensitising medications (certain antibiotics, Accutane), active skin infections, pregnancy, history of skin cancer (without medical sign off), epilepsy.

What does it feel like?
You relax in a big, comfortable reclining chair whilst breathing in pure oxygen through a face mask. The pod itself is pressurised but no more than what you would expect on an aeroplane. What are the contraindications of Oxygen therapy?
Clients must avoid using if they have or have experienced: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or severe asthma, current or recent pneumothorax (collapsed lung), Ear barotrauma or unresolved ear/sinus infections, eustachian tube dysfunction (difficulty equalising career pressure) history of seizures or epilepsy, uncontrolled high fever or acute respiratory illness, claustrophobia or pregnancy.
